Lee H. Parrish

Lee, son of the firm's founder Huntington Parrish, practices from the Hamilton office. Lee graduated from the Ohio State university in 1965 and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1968. Lee's practice includes a heavy concentration in real estate development, estate planning, and probate, and also encompasses representation of many businesses on issues of succession planning to acquisitions, divestments, and mergers.

Stephen S. Marcum

Stephen practices from the Hamilton office. Steve graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1980 and from the University of Dayton Law School in 1983. His tenure at the firm has included work with all of our clients, including a major concentration in banking, real estate and creditors rights. Steve is in charge of our title insurance work and writes title insurance for three companies. Steve's expertise in real estate title and other real estate maters is well known in the county and the surrounding area.
